Who are your “athletes”? Amazing women/people changing the world.

What’s your schedule like? Depends on the day as to who needs treatment/recovery/rehab. Training camp means possible 2-a-days and 10-hour days. A regular practice day is usually 6-8 hours. Game days and travel days vary with the destination.

What does your facility/ATR look like? 2022 practice facility ATR design coming soon!!! Games are played at Gateway Arena in College Park.

Have you been to any exciting locations/events with this job? The "Bubble Season" in 2020 on the campus of IMG was interesting.

What do you like most about your job? I love the progression of injury and rehab, building relationships, and traveling with the team.

Any advice for an AT who wants to work in this setting? Be intentional and learn to network. Seek opportunities to gain experience. Meet people in the career you seek. Mentors are important!!
